Recent Thesis Project

A Shift in My Stress

This project uses the form of a diary/planner to show how my behavior changes with different levels of pressure.

Under very high pressure, I am unable to record anything at all. When pressure suddenly drops, the diary becomes filled with long blocks of text, revealing overthinking and the reasons behind this form of escape.
